I think I was in room 715 South tower. The toilet was clogged and every time we went, it never flushed. It was my 3 kids and I. The hot tub’s hot water wasn’t working, only cold water. Water was leaking out of the shower. I was there for just a night so there was no time to rectify anything. The wifi wasn’t working either. And they didn’t have enough parking at the hotel so luckily my brother was at the same hotel- he parked my van in some far away parking lot that they told him to. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even India hotels have been better than this. AND I had paid like $500 for this one night.

Lost it's Luster
This stay was underwhelming. We stayed here previously, over 10 years ago, and in comparison, this experience was not up to expectations. The price of on-site parking is ridiculous. We opted to find our own off site parking after we checked in. Once in the room, we found that our bathroom was not stocked with hand towels. On top of that, one face cloth was soaking wet and on the side of the tub. Our thought, was this the cleaning cloth? On our way out for some tourist activities, we let the front desk know of the issue. The young man at the desk told us housekeeping would take care of the issue. We let him know we were heading out, but they could enter the room to do so. We returned over 3 hrs later and the towels had not been brought up. We decided to just make do with the abundance of shower towels. It was at about 10 pm, that housekeeping called and said they had towels but they noticed we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign up. We told them it was too late. Upon leaving our room at check out, we found the towels in a bag on the door handle. We had extremely loud and inconsiderate neighbors. This we didn't find out until about 4:30 in the morning. The loud talking and hooting and hollering went on until after 6 a.m. We didn't bother calling, we just let them loose their steam. This complex just doesn't feel like a special experience anymore. A factory for overcharging tourists. Never again.

The location was perfect. Had a beautiful view of the falls from our room. A nice walkway to the casino was nice. We ate dinner at both the restaurants at the hotel and they both were extremely good.

Amazing View
The room is big and it has a wonderful view of the Falls. Highly recommend the taller North Tower to stay in. Floor 30 for me is just excellent especially seeing the sun rise in the morning. It will stay in my mind forever.

It was a good location, had a nice view. walkover bridge to casino which was nice in the rain. Nice place but room needed a little maintenance in the bathroom. I would stay at this hotel again.
