Good location, clean, great service at the front desk. I wouldn't bother booking the fallview in my opinion, its truly not that great, and not worth the extra $$. We parked in the parking lot across the street for $35 and were able to leave it there after checkout until 4pm which worked for us, as we were easily able to walk to the falls and the activities that we had planned during our stay by the falls.

Other than that wanting me to pay 35 dollars to park across the street I have no complaints. Great location and staff were friendly and courteous. There’s cheaper lots(10-15) dollars nearby and also you can park at the casino for 15 dollars and there is a covered walkway right into the hotel from the casino entrance.

Quiet and for the most part clean hotel. Only issue was the bathroom sink was ringed with black mold. Obviously it wasn’t cleaned very well or recently cleaned properly.

My sister and I went to the rod stewart concert and loved how close the hotel was to the concert. The air freshener was really strong when you first walked in the door. But other than that was a great stay.

Room was great, quiet, clean and bed comfortable. Had difficulty using coffee maker as was an expresso machine? Starbucks in building so could always go there. Went to a concert so super convenient. Parking and hotel fees added up. All in all good stay.
