The property was nice, rooms clean, staff helpful, but having to park 8 minutes away and then take a shuttle back was my only issue. Everything else was perfect.

The smoking area was right at the side of the entrance of the building, the smell of the smoke was coming inside the building. The person working outside the building to support drivers regarding parking should be well kept. Their appearance was somewhat shabby looking. There was no kettle or microwave. I liked how clean the building was looking and the staff were nice.

Our room was undergoing construction/ renovation. Our beds were covered in white sheets upon arrival. Coffee machine issues. Heater didnt work. Tv didnt work. Location, amenities, annd staff were great. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. I'd stay there again. Just not that room

It was a terrible experience. I would stay away from this hotel in the future. I booked 2 rooms and both rooms were terrible. They smelled really bad on check in. I had to switch rooms 3 times to finally find a reasonable room where a normal human being can spend a night. One room they showed me was full of flies other two smelled like rotten eggs and mould. I will be adding a review on google too so people have an idea what they are getting themselves into.

We didn’t get the suite we booked due to construction (which was invisible to us and did not impede our stay at all) but the hotel gave us two different rooms that were great and charged us a new rate with a couple of additional discounts to compensate. Overall a great stay. Hotel is lovely and in a great location.

They charged daily parking, it was no Information about it. They did not take care of request as we ask for a good iron the one in the room did not work . We needed to talk to supervisor to get a good room and it was already paid The best think was the home maid she was friendly and very good.
