Good, clean, decent hotel. Walks not quite sound-proof but this can be too at a more expensive hotel. Elevator may need a minor revamp (it was showing wear)

The access door from the parking lot going directly to each floor is unsafe as anyone can go in without being noticed. When we were there a woman just came in all the way from the parking lot going to 6th floor and she is not the guest at the hotel because we asked her since she was standing in front of our hotel room while we are waiting for the elevator.

The property is in easy walking distance to the tram that takes you down to the falls. The inside was in disrepair and the main entrance was closed so we had to walk around to enter. We were given a room that necessitated that we walk outside again and enter another door. The hallway leading to our room had a very STRONG odor of chlorine from the pool. Fortunately the room smelled fine, was clean and in good repair. I had difficulty communicating with a member of the front desk staff but another one helped her out. Breakfast was good and the ladies working in the room were very efficient and helpful. No choices for TV- no cable or streaming. Overall, if you are on a budget it is an OK place to stay. Most of the hotels in Niagara Falls appear pretty old and perhaps run down too.
