The room smelled really off and there was a lot of traffic of folls that made my family nervous. Checked out in a few hours. However the staff was very understanding amd informed me that they will refund my.money which says a lot aboit good servoce

Staff was really nice. The front desk person had our room keys all ready before we got there so just signed a form and we were on our way, it was seamless. The room has a musty smell but beds were comfortable. The bathroom fan knob was missing but luckily Fred Meyer is right across the street where we could buy pliers. The room was muggy and the window didn't have a screen but we felt safe in our room.

The hotel room I was offered was in poor condition. The walls, floors, bed, bathroom, and flimsy front door all need renovations. I ended up leaving after a few minutes and went to another hotel. Hotels.com attempted to resolve the issue but made no progress. I received no refund, not even a partial refund for my two-night stay. I'm rethinking my consumer relationship with Hotels.com becuase they do business with this substandard hotel.

The desk clerk was very rude. The room was clean. The bed was awful and the pillows flat and old. I could not sleep with all the noise and uncomfortable bed. I do not recommend this place.

Wasn’t as updated as we thought it would be. Decent place for the one night we stayed. Had to cover the window with the comforter, as there was a ton of light coming in and shining in our faces. Bed was comfortable.

Well, there are drain flies. The bed isn't that comfy. There is no screen on the window- just opens up onto the second floor walkway. The walls are thin and a very loud annoying man could be heard through the walls at all hours. No cooling system so the room was really stuffy- too sketchy to open the window. No recycling container in the room.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never stay here and will be telling everyone I know not to ever go here. I can not believe how rude the front desk guy was to me. I booked through expedia and it was a pay when you get to property. We are coming from hours away driving up the coast so I had no service. So what happened: I pulled up, called the after hours number to check in. He's super nice on the phone, awesome, I hop out come in to a pleasant atmosphere and give him my name, there was some confusion cause I gave my maiden and than married name, some of my thing arent changed over, He proceeds to look up at me and in the most rudest tone tells me since I didn't pay ahead and they tried to call several times, so they canceled it because I was told I had to check in by 4pm and they are fully booked, shuffled around grabbed his keys saying have a good night and walks back through the door he originally came through, leaving me in the lobby with my mouth open going um okay, trying not to cry because i cant even comprehend why he had to be so hostel with me when i hadnt even really said much to him.. as well as leaving me in his lobby that he just unlocked to let me in 2 min prior, just so unbelievably rude for no reason. I just went back through every email and expedia it says nothing about having to be there by 4pm. I also seen I had one at 6 pm from expedia asking me how check in went and another one for right after I left that my room was canceled due to unavoidable cir
