House is beautifully situated far away from any public parking keeping the beach very low key and leaving plenty of privacy between groups.

Great house and location!

Great access to the beach, very clean house with amazing views, and a very refreshing pool! Close proximity to Mad Martha’s and several restaurants and a short drive to downtown Newburyport. The hosts were extremely responsive.
