Very nice hotel. Service was friendy and helpful. Nice clean rooms with facilties as described. Would highly recommend. Only small issue for me was an adjoining door from our room to the one nexr door. Although obviously locked for our stay, soundproofing was lacking, so could hear noise from the next room clearly. Not ideal durung the early hours. Other than that, the hotel was excellent

Wonderful small boutique hotel right in the center of midtown. Room on the 10th floor which was quiet and very comfortable. Our bathroom was near new and probably the cleanest hotel bathroom we have ever used! Staff at the front desk always had a smile on their face, which was pleasant. Highly recommend this little gem in the center of midtown, which has 5th Ave buses and subway lines only a short stroll away. Will be back on our next trip to the big apple :)

This is an average property in a central area of NYC. They have made efforts at making the rooms more attractive but no one will mistake the hotel for a luxury property.

The hotel is in a good location. Our room was very nice, the king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but expected due to the age of the building. The room had large windows but they were quite dirty on the outside. The only complaint I would have is there wasn’t any coffee available or snacks to buy. It made it difficult in the morning. The hotel had lobby was nice, with a small bar and bar area. But the bar was permanently closed. We probably would not stay there again unless they offered some type of refreshments in the mory

The staff are the best thing about this property. The decor is lovely and the hotel is all renovated so rooms are comfy and nice. Bathrooms a bit small and the double rooms by fire escape are a bit dark but for NYC, it is all good. The king rooms with the Bay windows are really nice. Also need to open the bar and have coffee in the morning or coffee makers in the room. Janet in Housekeeping was amazing and Front Desk Staff made you feel like you were coming home.

A definite re-do
lovely accommodations in a great location. Front desk staff were very friendly. Good nights sleep…not noisy, comfy beds. Classy decor in the “garment district “ theme. Decent pubs/restaurants right across the street. Will definitely return to the Gregorian. Highly recommended

Great little boutique hotel right in the heart of the city. Subway was 1/2 block away that made it very convenient to get around. Room was a decent size! Would def recommend, and would stay here again.

Property was amazing. Room was immaculate. Housekeeping was a delight to interact with everyday. If I could give them all my money I would. There was one light skin lady at the front desk I think she needs to take a refresher course in customer service as her attitude was not always the most welcoming and pleasant. This was through both observation as well as personal experience as a guest. Overall wonderful experience, would definitely return again.

Agreement was full payment for stay, once I check in or at checkout. When I arrived, I was told they had to put a hold on my card for $50 and money will be released in 3-5 business days. Day 2 and 3 of my stay, I was charged the remaining balance and was told it’s a hold/deposit for my stay. When I checked out, they stated hold/deposit will be released and they have to charge me the full amount for my stay (almost $1,000). I reviewed my transactions on my card and I was double charged for my stay. I contacted Expedia to have them release the deposit hold. I was told I will have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back. This will be the last time I book anything with Expedia and I will never book at this hotel again.
