This Hotel exceeded every expectation for our family. The front desk staff was kind, thoughtful and amazing! They answered every question and gave so many terrific recommendations. The bus is directly in front of the hotel. It’s a double-decker we rode it to and from Galway city every day with ease!

Great place to stay in Galway.
Third time staying here and always a great choice. Excellent food, spacious & comfortable rooms & lovely staff. Only marked down a star for two minor reasons. 1. The residents bar should stay open later like almost every other Irish hotel. 2. Whoever selected the tapware in the bathrooms should have a rethink, the shower was impossible to figure out & the sink was almost completely unusable due to the massive intrusive single tap.

The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable!!! The only negative thing I could say is the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Getting a city bus to and from Eyre Square was super easy and inexpensive

Great stay, only issue was no sockets beside bed and no usb sockets. Room slightly dated but clean and had almost everything we needed. Live music was excellent. Room beside light so noisy throughout night. Overall a good location and would stay again.
