This is our "go to" hotel for visiting our son in Brooklyn. It is right across the street from Grand Central, yet it is quiet and tucked away, and we LOVE the rooftop lounge in winter and in summer. Great hotel!

Almost perfect

Although I requested housekeeping, it took a couple of days to happen as requested. Also, my room was next to the staff trash shoot which made the sound of a door opening and closing more frequent than normal. I did like the water filter in the hallway to refill our bottles. Excellent touch! Also, the room layout and decor are super comfy

Excellent Stay for a Family of Four! We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The space was perfect for our family of four—comfortable, clean, and well-organized. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep every night. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always helpful and accommodating. The location was unbeatable! Being so close to Grand Central Terminal made it incredibly convenient for all of our subway travel needs. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the water bottle refill station and the option to borrow umbrellas for the rainy day during our stay—small touches that made a big difference. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Room was small , but well appointed . Good quality toiletries. Liked that they had bottles of drinking water that you could refill. One of the front desk staff was not friendly but others were really nice . Overall a satisfactory stay .
