Great location… bad management
I have been staying at the Win San for years and it seems as though the property management team isn’t invested like they once were. There were cigarette butts all over our outdoor patio along with a cup full of ashes (which the property is suppose to be non-smoking). The sheets felt dirty, as if they had sand in them, the floors where not cleaned, there was a box of old pizza in our fridge when we checked in along with a bowl of moldy vegetables/fruit on top of the fridge. What am I paying a cleaning fee for when the property isn’t cleaned? I very rarely saw anybody from the property management team out cleaning the pool area. Windows are supposed to be washed every Saturday but I did not see anybody for the two weeks I was there. It’s a shame because this location is ideal for experiencing Flagler Ave and all that New Smyrna has to offer.
