"Coconut Cabana" You do not want to miss out on this fantastic rental! 2-bedroom 2-bathroom house located in the heart of NSB, a short walk to the beach and convenient to everything you might need or want throughout your vacation! The famous Flagler Ave is less than 2 miles where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment for the whole family!

This lovely home is tastefully decorated in a mid-century modern beach theme with gleaming terrazzo floors and has all you need to enjoy your home away from home! The kitchen is bright, modern and its large island made of reclaimed wood is its own piece of beach art in the heart of the house. The dining area seats up to 6 at the table with 2 bar stools at the island for extra seating. The living room is extremely comfortable with a nice sectional so everyone can kick back and enjoy a movie on one of the home's 3 smart TVs after a long day in the sun at our amazing beach. There is also a second living space in the Florida room with its own independent wall A/C unit, and queen size sofa sleeper where you and/or the kids can have space away to do your own thing. The primary bedroom features a brand new California King mattress and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. A completely updated 2nd full bathroom and washer and dryer add to your comfort and convenience. The fenced in yard is great for cooking out or relaxing in privacy!
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy features like a water park. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

so much more than advertised.from the moment my wife walked thru the front door i knew we had made the right choice.the owners thought of everything.every little item that you may have forgotten to bring the owners have here.the house was beautiful.the yard was perfect for relaxing in the sun.they even supplied bicycles and a wagon with chairs for your days at the beach.which is only a short walk to the end of the street.the neighborhood is fantastic.we come from little river town in midwest and the neighbors make you feel right at home.we would rate this experiance a 10 out of 10. we will definitly try to get this rental next year.
