The room was a bit tiny but very convenient location. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Keurig machines in the Holiday Inn Express hotels!!! And those warm cinnamon buns in the morning??? Wow!

Refrigerator stopped working and my food almost spoiled. Had to bring it down to front desk to hold. One day, housekeeping did not make up my room with clean towels, make the beds etc. No clock in my room the first time I was there.

It was in a poor neighbor location, unsafe at night, walked to stored encountered drunks yelling in streets, saw police arresting people a block away, parking was away from hotel without oversight , security , or even cameras, vehicle was damaged overnight. This is not what you would expect at a holiday inn express. Need to relocate.
