`Gorgeous country home with acreage galore. Set in among the live oaks and azaleas, enjoy a quiet natural landscape, yet close to all the shopping and amenities. You are a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest beach for you sun seekers.
Our home is a modern gem with cathedral ceilings and faux wood flooring throughout the kitchen and family room. Enjoy sitting back on an easy chair looking out over the shady treelined back yard. Or take a peaceful stroll outside enjoying the Florida breeze. Check out the many varieties of birds, cranes and hawks that inhabit the area along with the occasional deer that comes by.
The home has a lovely family room along with a separate living room and dining room. Stroll in from the back porch into your private master bedroom with bath. Enjoy the cool Florida evenings on your large screen porch overlooking the country setting. There are two other bedrooms with a bathroom on the other side of the home. Also a separate washer and dryer area is near the large pantry in the kitchen. The home is equipped with 2 flat screen TV's, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is an outdoor grill for those BBQ events. The properties surrounding the home are all modern with acreage, and being this is an equestrian zoned area there are many horse activities around. Just a kick back and relax kind of place

NPR stay

We in town for a family funeral, the location was perfect for us (near US19/SR52 intersection). Older house, somewhat dated, but very comfortable for 5 adults.
