It’s a shame that the hotel hasn’t been kept up with, it looks like it used to be a nice place. Cutting corners can take a place downhill very quickly.

The room had a weird smell, every corner had a spider and we even had to kill a giant wolf spider. Hair on the floor. Dirty and stain bed linen. The only positive thing was the friendly staff.

It’s in need of updating. Everything was dingy. Although, it was very quiet and clean enough that I wasn’t freaking out. Staff was helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was just something you could pop in a toaster….thats it…not even a piece of fruit.

Perfect for what and where is.

I like the location. Originally from Deersville -Freeport area. Perfect for visiting family. This was my third stay. Nice little continental breakfast. Price was great for a place to lay my head down.

The property as a whole is somewhat dated. However, the service was excellent, the room was impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed and the rate was appropriate.
