It’s downtown so parking will always be high. 35 dollars per night to park in the lot. There is free and paid street parking around though. Nice hotel. I thought Holiday inns were ghetto. I was wrong. Breakfast was a nice option to have. The breakfast crew don’t play. They will wrap things up like it’s the end of their shift. They will clean your table while you are still eating at it. Hella rude but True story. Crazy parking. Rude ish breakfast staff. Clean establishment. Not too bad overall

Very nice staff! Everyone! Rooms were nice. Only thing I Hated was the sliding bathroom door. No privacy. Didn't close. We used the bathroom down the hall for more personal uses. Not cool

We had a great time. Air conditioner was very cold. First time I have seen Dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as body lotion. It was locked, but was very good.

Good location for conference, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was pretty good. One of the elevators was extra slow and noisy which was disconcerting. Otherwise totally adequate.

I was disappointed with a few things in our room. There was a sliding door into the toilet and shower area. It was extremely difficult to move the door. And there was a large gap between the door and the wall so you basically had very little privacy. The other issue I had was the desk chair. I did tell them about it and thought they were going to exchange it, but they didn't. Half the seat cover was missing. Other than those issues it was a very nice stay. Good selection for breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was one more thing. We weren't allowed to take our cooler into our room. So we checked it at the desk for our stay. We had to take everything out of it and carry to our room loosely.

The walk to downtown was not bad. The staff even let us leave our rental after check out to avoid paying extra parking fees elsewhere. We really appreciated that! Great pizza/sub place just a block across the parking lot. Was recommended by night time security. Plenty of other public parking lots around the hotel area. Hotel style breakfast was decent. Would stay again.

Overall a great stay highly recommend. Breakfast had many options from grab and go to sit down and enjoy. Katie at the front desk was pleasant and very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Canal St was literally 2 blocks from the hotel. Bourbon St was abot a 7-8min walk. CVS and Walgreens were also along the way of walking to Bourbon St. Ceasars Casino and shopping area was about a 15 min walk .But with everything going on around you, you don't even notice the time. Also there's the RTA street car you can use to get everywhere for $3 for a 24 hour pass..Can't wait to come back..

When we first arrived at the hotel, we approached the registration counter, but no one was there to assist us. I knocked on the door closest to the check-in desk, and the attendant eventually came out, but she didn’t say a word. I greeted her, yet she still remained silent. I found this lack of communication to be quite rude.
