I reserved the property 4 days in advance. The 5 hours before I was supposed to check in the hotel called me and said that the room wasn't available and there was no vacancy at the hotel. Expedia's customer service was able to give me an immediate refund and offered to help find another room for me.

It’s a motel. Check-in confirmed our initial impression when the receptionist asked if we needed a TV. The stairway to the second floor consisted of a steep set of cracked cement stairs so tiny that my shoes struggled to climb. An older person or anyone with stability issues could not reach the second floor. Inside our suite, the horrible review continues. After turning on the air conditioning, which worked well, there was a strange smell we could not identify. Then, I was surprised to find a grasshopper perched upon the bedspread. I removed it and sent it off. The inspection of the space continued with one disgusting discovery after another. The towels were either stained or dirty. Upon looking beneath the pillowcases, you could see apparent blood stains. The bedspread and linens did not appear clean. The furniture was mismatched, old, and disgusting. The remote control to the optional TV was so dirty and sticky that I washed my hands after changing channels. I decided not to turn on the TV in the morning to avoid the remote. The bathroom functioned well, although we found it difficult to survive with a tiny bar of soap that we shuttled back and forth between the shower and the sink. Despite a small kitchen area, we did not open the refrigerator door. We didn’t want to eat anything in that suite. The negative reviews we read are faithful to our experience. After a one-night stay, it is obvious how deceptive the pictures are. They do not reflect reality.

Asked for extra pillows. Nothing. When questioned they said they were in a closet nothing. Never responded again. Floors were absolutely filthy and had to wash our feet multiple times until we decided to wear flip flops. Not one utensil , bowl , plate pan. You shouldn’t advertise as having a kitchenette without any thing in it.

Just clean enough to stay one night

If I wasn’t there just a night I would not have stayed. It’s advertised as having a kitchenette, and while yes it did have the physical space, non of the amenities you’d expect at a kitchenette were present. It a pan in sight let alone a sponge. The space was advertised as having a deep soaking tub, which it certainly wasn’t, but on top of that the tub itself wasn’t clean enough that I’d want to put my bare bottom in it, and the water was like warm at best. If you expect a good nights sleep with curtains that fully close this probably isn’t the place for you

The place is run down. There was no one at the desk any time we went to the office. The rooms are dingy and dated The grounds are filthy. When I went to the desk this morning to check out, there wasn’t a person there although people could be heard in the back, there was just a phone number to call very strange experience. Not what I expected for $225 a night

HORRENDOUS Experience

We stayed here 4 years ago under different management. Had I known the experience was a complete 180 from before, I would never have booked. Staff was rude, no Ac or Heating, shower tub was close to overflowing after a single shower. Had a crackhead elephant who stomped around overhead ALL night!! Only positive was that it was clean. Sure didn’t get much sleep. Never again Red Roof!!
