The stay was great. However our neighbor was very loud. Playing music at all hours of night and waking us up. I tried to use the room phone but was unable to call down to the service desk so II had to use my personal phone. Eventually someone came to the room to tell them to quiet down which I was appreciative of.

I was unsure of the quality given that it seemed somewhat remote and I had never stayed in Wallingford. I was there for a Homecoming weekend for my university and it was the closest hotel. The parking was easy, the front desk staff was very thorough, nice and quick to check-in. The only thing I didn't like, was the breakfast. It was more expensive than it needed to be. The ad says it is free, but what they fail to mention is that it is only free for special members. I think Diamond and Platinum? It was a buffet, so it was one price ($15 on average) and then beverages were separate. My only advice when you stay here is to read the fine print. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Front desk clerk was somewhat terse when a request to have keys rebooted as they did not work on the door. I had just checked in and she asked to see ID again and seemed perturbed that I did not bring my purse down with me to show ID. Very unfriendly.
