The staff was rude.When situations were brought up to them. They also had no consideration that people are sleeping and placed the tag on the door to not be disturbed. They threaten me to not accept my reservation, even though it was paid in full. The ac's in the room was very noisy. It was like an airplane landing in your room.
Housekeeping would not give me more towels or soap when asked for. They would even try to come in the room when I put up the door sign up with no consideration
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I would not stay there again because of a few things. We went to an event and when we returned to hotel there was not 1 available parking spot. Had to park in the neighboring buisness, they make a paper copy of you license and credit card and keep it in a file, you dont get it back, even though they enter it into the computer system. This is an obsolete and unsafe process. Went to get coffee in the am and when i went back up to room our keys were already deactivated
The overall stay was pleasant. However, this was the second consecutive time I stayed here for two nights and my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. Each time the housekeeper knocked on my door at 8:00 am and I was sleeping. Each time I spoke with the housekeeper as I was leaving my room for the day. But unforced after asking them to clean my room they failed to do so. I really like this hotel. But find it very unprofessional that you can’t check in until 3pm because they need to clean rooms, which I totally understand, but that means they have all day to get to clean your room and just because you don’t answer your door at 8 am doesn’t give them an excuse not to clean your room.
Was bitten by bedbugs and I complained about it and NOTHING was done. I was told that a supervisor would call me back and no one took the time to get back to me. I spent nearly $650 for the 3 days
Hotel needs to be updated, the access key system is old you have to keep going to front desk . Staff was nice, polite and educated. I’ll never come back to this facility.
