We booked this room on the road on a website and paid in full, in advance. When we returned home, we found that the motel made a separate charge to my credit card. Now I have to send in copies of receipts, file disputes and work to get my own money back - AFTER they were paid in advance.

The property is old, but has been refreshed with new paint and carpet. The breakfast consists of granola bars, coffee, and juice. We opted to get breakfast elsewhere. The hotel was kept clean and the beds were comfortable, which is what is important to us, more the the aesthetics,

Back door to main lobby didn’t lock from the outside. Parking is terrible. Room was not up to par. I hope I didn’t get bed bugs or catch a disease.

The ‘greeter’ was rude … ‘breakfast’ consists of coffee or juice and a granola bar .. more expensive than a much nicer Wyndham in Helena .. but it’s clean which is huge

When we checked in, we were told it is against the law to put seven people in a room with 2 queen beds. We asked if they had a larger room that we could stay in. They said they did but it would cost $100 more a night. We paid the extra money, hauled all our stuff upstairs and went into our room. It was a room with 2 queen beds.
