Awesome river house

The house is great set up perfect for a family trip. Everything is very nice, new and clean. Highly recommend and would definitely come back! Launch ramp, golf course and pool/jacuzzi is all in walking distance. Beach is sandy perfect for hanging out too! There is also a great little restaurant called 19th hole in walking distance, staff is really nice and food is delicious!

OC River Rats

We have stayed in the Buena Vista community many times prior. The house was clean and well equipped. The rear patio sets on the golf course and there was ample parking just across the street. If you are boating, their are 2 boat launch facilities close by. Great time had by all!!! GmB

Couldn't ask for a better stay! Place was white glove clean and well decorated. Nice sandy beach for the feet and the boat during the day and a stone's throw away from a cool little bar called the 9th hole. We will be staying at this place often if scheduling works out.

Very nice "walking distance to river" Home

Beautifully appointed home close to the Needles Marina! Comfortable beds, lovely décor, great patio overlooking the golf course and nice neighbors! Only minor issue for boaters is that there is no garage access for ease in moving in and out of the home and also all boat/river toys need to be stored in your boat or car. Owners stipulate no entertaining - which is sad because the patio and BBQ is such a beautiful space.

River Dream House

This place was awesome!!! This was the first river trip for my family and I and we will be staying here again next year! We were there for a week and this place has everything you could want or need. The house was super clean and very spacious. It was a 20 min drive to Pirates Cove where we picked up our boat rental so that was great. Close to quick shopping if you needed anything.

Perfect Needles family vacation home!

This home was beautiful! Super clean! Nice location on gold course (back patio facing), walking distance to river, nice community amenities too (pool, jacuzzi, basketball, volleyball). We have a friend in Needles so it was great to be super close to him. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

1223 Marina Drive Experience

Had an awesome time as expected. Met the neighbor Rich, who was splendid, welcoming, and comforting. Beautiful home perfectly located for boaters, golfers and beach

This was our 3rd time ranting this home because we enjoy it so. The decor is beautiful the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing on the golf course. We enjoyed the furnished patio with barbeque pit, lighting and fans. The location is perfect, walking distance from the beach and near two boat launching areas. We look forward to our next visit.

River Weekend

Wonderful place to stay for 4 friends who wanted to go to the River for the weekend. We typically stay in Laughlin at the hotels, but this was so much easier and relaxing and MUCH closer to the docks !! This IS our new way of going to the River !

Good to getaway

We rent in this community every year, and we really enjoyed this property. The kitchen had everything we needed. The back patio is set up nicely with a covered patio and ceiling fans. The house is located near the entrance and close to the public beach. We decided to rent a slip at the marina this time, instead of anchoring at a beach and it worked out great. Thank you!
