The property was fine except the water from the faucet in the hall bath wasn’t very warm which made for uncomfortable shaving.

Great quite spot not far from the beaches

My overall impressions with the property was more than what I expected. Great, quiet neighborhood. Extremely big backyard. Amenities were nice to have TVs In all rooms. Nice to have 2 full size refrigerators. Local grocery store. Just 8 minutes down the road. Also, restaurants not too far down the road. Navarre beach, only 15 minutes to the beach. The property owner was extremely easy to get ahold and friendly. There was an issue with the air conditioning unit. And Tim was able to get window units in right away and the AC fixed in a timely order. Next time I'm in Navarre, I will definitely stay here again.

Cute house

We really enjoyed staying at this house. If we go back to Navarre Beach we will try and stay here again. We loved the big yard and privacy you get from staying in a home vs a hotel. Tim was very friendly and was always available when needed.

Short and Sweet!

This house was perfect! It was clean, very well stocked, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was nice and private. We were a short distance from both Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beaches. The furniture (beds, too) were comfortable. We appreciated the fans in each room and ladder of blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. We went out one night to the Grillehouse of Navarre - the steak was great, the chicken was overcooked, and badly. Lunch at the Beach House Social was nice. Slim Chicken is kinda like a Zaxby's. We enjoyed having access to amazon and Neflix and games at the house on the rainy day. 10/10 Would stay here again!

Nice Navarre Getaway

Photos accurately reflect the property. Clean rooms. Very large back yard. Recent storm appeared to have knocked out a couple of fence boards way at the back, but wasn't an issue for us. A few small suggestions for improvement, but nothing major. Could use a few more spoons, hand cloths and dish towels. Couldn't find the light switch for the garage driveway lighting, so it was a bit dark coming home later. However, in the daytime the blue garage door made it easy to see. Very nice neighborhood. Close to groceries and only a short drive to the beach. We would certainly consider this property again.

The Beach House in Navarre.

This is an excellent property. The Beach House is is clean, well accommodated, with new flooring, new appliances, new fixtures. The beds are comfortable. The linens/towels are great. The decor is perfect. The owners are great and there to help with what you need. Our furry friends were welcome, and even had their own dog door and large fenced back yard. There is a glass grill and small charcoal grill available if you want that. The property is 4 miles from the busy part of Navarre, which is perfect for us. Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this Beach House in Navarre. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Tanya & Tim.

Family Vacation

The property was in a good neighborhood and location. The floor was not clean upon arrival, our feet were black from walking on the floor. There was only three wash cloths available for a one week stay. The pots and pans were very scratched and outdated. We had to go buy wash cloths and pans to use.

Beautiful property, spacious and comfortable.

This is a very well kept and spacious property. It was homey and pleasant. The property was clean and tidy. The backyard was extra large and the home located in a very quiet neighborhood. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wonderful home near Pensacola, FL

Relaxing....Quiet.....Clean...Soooo Nice!

A Wonderful Roomy Clean Home away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 98. We felt very relaxed and safe. Tim is a great host and kept in touch with us being only a phone call/text away. We felt like we were staying in a relative's home because of all of the extras provided.

Great neighborhood

I loved this neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors, safe area, close to beaches, food, zoo, etc. Reasonably priced and Tim is a great communicator...always responds super fast. Good Wifi. Everything I needed to work some and vacation.

Nice House

The house was clean and well supplied with all the necessary items we needed for our family get together. I would recommend a secure support handle or rail within the shower for elderly guests. My dad is 90 years old and would have benefitted from the extra support. Everything was great!
