The main floor has a large great room, dining area for 8 and new kitchen with beautiful granite, SS appliances, large pantry, a huge island and everything you'll need to whip up a gourmet dinner or a light snack. A gas grill is on the main deck for grilling your "catch".
Down the hall is a queen bedroom with full bathroom and a balcony with sound views.

Go up one flight, and take in more breathtaking emerald water views from the enormous king-sized primary bedroom. The luxury en suite bath features a jetted tub, the perfect spot to soak after a long day of beach combing. as well as a large tiled walk in shower.

If you MUST make this a "working" vacation, there is Gig internet and a desk next to the slider to show off your beach-front views during video calls!

The third bedroom is another huge room with a king bed, a twin trundle bed making 2 twins and a futon, sleeping 6 comfortably. It also has an en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower.

The ground floor has a bonus feature.. a full studio apartment with kitchen, washer/dryer, queen bed, sofa sleeper and sliders out to the patio leading directly to the beach. This separate get-away is the perfect spot for the members of your party that wish to have their own little piece of paradise.

There is garage parking for one vehicle and driveway parking for 4 more.

Your beach backyard has a small fenced area just before you cross over to the beach. Gas grill.
Your small pup (2 maximum) is welcome to join you with owner's permission and additional $200 per pet fee.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
