A little disappointed in communication
The house was beautiful. There were some things that needed to be tended too. Such as the balcony sliding door off the living room was very hard to open and close. It would get stuck and you would have to mess with it to get it to open again. Also the main door keypad was finicky and didn’t want to work half the time. Once we had to stand there for 10 minutes before we could get it to finally accept the code and let us Also the internet was out I understand this is not the property managers fault. However I contacted them shortly after arrival and they said they would send someone right over. With 5 children we want to be able to relax with tv in the evenings. However hours later nobody had shown up. We went to dinner and when we returned I checked the internet and it still was not fixed. At this point it was a little after 7 and the office had just closed. I called the number to speak with someone they had to transfer me to the on call manager. I spoke with this manager she said she would call the manager who had dealt with it that day and see what was going on and then call me back. She called me a few minutes later and said Verizon was supposed to have come that day and fix it but never showed up so she was going to go and pick up a hotspot and bring it to us until the internet company could get there tomorrow. The next day came and went with no internet, and the next and the next. The managers would not respond anymore to my messages about the problem even after we left.
