This amazing unit is located on the 10th floor at Caribbean Resort, West side, on Navarre Beach. The unit is one of the best on the rental market.The kitchen was totally remodeled and expanded; well stocked with all the amenities of home. This awesome unit has panoramic views from just about any location in the condo. The walls are painted a subtle blue that brings the ocean inside. The emerald water looks as if it flows directly into this unit. New tile floors throughout, New stainless steel Refrigerator and dishwasher, new washer and dryer, all new beach inspired bedding, New towels, new couch, new rug, and new recliners. The entire unit has a beautiful beach theme and decor that matches. This unit offers over 1800 Sq. Ft. of welcoming relaxation. Plenty of room to roam , it offers 2 master suites. The gulf side master bedroom offers a king size bed, large master bath with double vanity and a huge walk in tile shower. The sitting area has 2 comfy chairs that face the beach with floor to ceiling windows. The gulf front balcony is large and has an entrance from the family room and master bedroom. Master Gulf side has a 43' flat screen T.V. The family room is spacious and open to the dining room ; it offers a 55' flat screen, comfortable recliners, and a couch, with plenty of room for a large family . The dining room table has seating for 6 and the bar has seating for 3. The 2nd bedroom is tastefully decorated with beach theme turtles and seashells.Offers 2 full size beds, 32' flat screen t.v., dvd player. This bedroom has access to a full size bath with walk in tile shower. The 2nd master suite is located on the sound side of the unit. It has views of the West as far as you can see as well as the Santa Rosa Sound. Floor to ceiling windows, King size bed, sitting area with 2 comfy chairs, 43' flat screen t.v. and it own full bath. Absolutely beautiful condo!

Our family of five had a great time! The view is incredible and the condo is appointed so well. We saw dolphins, sea turtles and manatees from the balcony! We had groceries delivered from Publix the evening we checked in, which was a HUGE help. Anything you need is close by.

Navarre Vacation 2022

We had a great time at the beach. The condo overall was great with lots of room for our family. The closet was well stocked with beach toys which was awesome! The oven doesn’t work that great so we gave up on some of the baked meals we had planned. Overall had a great experience!

Exceeded Expectations

We have been staying in condos up and down the Emerald Coast for 30 years and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. The wrap around (3-sided) views are amazing and the unit is spacious with an elegant contemporary design. Although on the 10th floor, the elevators are quick with minimal wait times and the unit is quiet - we never heard our neighbors. We hope to stay there again!

Wonderful Week!

What a view, what a spacious condo, what a wonderful week! The condo had everything we needed and, again, those views! And, it’s the little things, but the ice maker in the fridge door was a great addition. We had 2 brothers and part of their families stay with plenty of room. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows too (though we couldn’t find extra pillow cases but we made it work). The pool area isn’t the biggest, but being there during a not so busy time we had no issues and even had the pool to ourselves a few times. The layout of the condo and the views can’t be beat!

Navarre Beach Get Away

We loved this condo! We have rented many condos all over the country, and this unit was better equipped than most. There was even a good “egg pan” - if you know, you know! The beds were very comfortable, there were more than enough towels AND washcloths. One minor issue was the couch cushions do not stay in place, but the couch appears to be newer, and I think it’s just a poorly designed couch, but still pretty comfortable. The best part is definitely the location and view. It is breathtakingly beautiful and cannot be beat!

We just love this unit. This was our third time here. I could sit in the balcony all day. Our first day there we saw at least 20 dolphins playing. Everything was perfect. From our first date 25 years ago we said we will retire in Navarre. 2 more years and we’ll be there!

The condo is beautiful! Even prettier than the pictures! And the property manager, Tonya, is wonderful!! We became friends after communicating so much over Hurricane Sally! We would love to stay at this condo again! Very spacious and clean and the view cannot be beat!!

Lovely getaway

The property location and view was amazing! We always stay in this building at Navarre and it has never disappointed. We stayed two weeks and really took advantage of all the attractions in the area. About the condo.... If I could have changed somethings, first would have to be the beds. The only nice mattress was the one in the back master. It was very nice. My mom slept on it and loved it. But the other two rooms need better beds. We piled as many blankets on the top of the mattresses as the condo had to offer and unfortunately we ended up going out and buying Memory foam padding and other toppers for the two other bedroom beds because our backs were killing us. It was like sleeping on hollow cardboard. Second, the kitchen pots and pans were also Older and Teflon :/ so take your cookware with you. Third, the couches were fold out and newer but had a weird smell and the bottom cushions would fall out of place every time you sat on them even though they had Velcro on them.... so we were constantly fighting them back into place every time we stood up. FYI: I’m 125 lbs and my companion is 95 lbs so it wasn’t our weight causing the problem. But by far the biggest shocker for me, was there was no information In the condo about the conservation of the turtles, the nesting seasons, and how the visitors can do their part to help protect them. For example: closing curtains And turning off all bright lights past dusk (the balcony windows should have also had curtains even though they are tinted), no flashlights down to the beach at night, without the little red stickers offered by the turtle conservatory right down the street, etc. Just add in fyi’s... There was also no bracelets for the pool/ beach which we were told to wear by the property management letter. The toilet paper and soap ran out within a day. So take extra. There wasn’t even salt and pepper when we got there :( I’m not sure if the owners actually visit this condo that often because it was not as welcoming or accommodating as my order stays in the same building.

Excellent place to stay with stunning views!

Nice, clean accommodations and a grand view to enjoy when relaxing on the balcony. Exactly as advertised with easy check in and check out as long as you pay attention to the email correspondence and the app messages. Definitely will come back. Fast elevators were a definite plus and boardwalk to the beach was excellent and very convenient. Nice modern big screen televisions. Only complaint is figuring out the complex cable tv system for nighttime sports viewing, so a very minor complaint.

Would stay again

This property is absolutely beautiful and has terrific views of the ocean. This property was also extremely clean. There was some miscommunication on the part of the property manager about several items and sheets were missing for the sofa bed. Once I communicated with the manager, they were very quick to rectify their honest mistakes. I would stay here again.
