Beautiful Gulf Front Property at Pearl of Navarre #503!

This nicely-decorated, 5th floor, Gulf-front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has beautiful views of the white sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and balcony access. The private bathroom has a vanity area and large garden tub and stand-alone shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and full over full bunk beds. The full guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and has a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy sweeping views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Stretch out on the sectional sofa and watch a movie on the large screen TV or curl up with a good book and take in the views of the gulf. There are so many comfortable spaces in this unit!

At the end of a long, fun-filled day at the beach, grab your favorite cocktail from the bar area and head out to the balcony to watch the sun go down with drink in hand.

Across from the bar area is the dining room table that seats 6 and is perfect for breakfast in the morning with the kiddos or a full spread seafood dinner at night with the fam! The spacious kitchen will have everything you need for just about any kind of meal.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Family fall break
This property was perfect for our fall break trip. Navarre is a great quiet getaway location and this codo was great for us. We traveled with my parents (70s), myself and 3 children (9,7,3). We had a wonderful time and the codo is very spacious. Eacheckin/out.

Beach Fun
Traveled to the beach with my niece and her 4 children 6-15 years old. The Pearl is a very nice condo complex. We were very pleased with our choice. I looked at several units in the area & was glad I selected this bldg & unit. Everything is well kept and we felt very safe at the property. We loved the convenience of the pools and close proximity to the beach. The kids spent the day between pool, beach and condo. So easy with the codes to enter property, no lost keys or waiting on others. The condo itself is nice, comfortable and well kept. Would have loved some comfortable seating to enjoy the balcony more. Navarre is a beautiful place and we will visit again.

Awesome Condo in Navarre!
This is a fantastic condo right on the beach! The size was perfect for a family of 5. We loved the balcony - it’s big and spacious. The views of the beach did not disappoint. We loved the location, and having the option to walk to the pier and local restaurants. The property management team was friendly, and quick to respond when we called. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for cool / windy days. And we loved having the option to rent beach chairs so we didn’t have to carry anything down for the day. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!

Incredible experience!
I would not change one thing on our experience! The crew made everything very quick and easy. We had one mechanical issue. They put in a repair order AND brought us a temporary fix immediately to use until the repair was made.Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great stay at beach
We just left from staying here 4 nights. Condo was clean, in a great location. The kitchen was adequately stocked with any cooking items you would need. Beds comfortable. Gated location and makes it feel more secure. Would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation I would Have is the Wi-Fi was not good. It went out completely and just stopped working on early in our trip. So if you are working remotely it would be difficult. They allowed us to hook up to condo next door. So would look into getting it working again. In addition the chrome cast for tv is good if you have a bunch of subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. which we didn’t and the live tv channels were meh. so just fyi and bring some books or something to occupy time at night.

Unbeatable views and location!
This was our fist time in Navarre, and we will absolutely be back. We loved the area and had the most perfect weather during our stay. We highly recommend The Pearl beach chair rental... It makes this dreamy stay that much more relaxing. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. By no fault of the property owner, the unit was a tad bigger than what we needed for just the two of us... a problem that I'm not complaining about... That being said, we cannot wait to make this a regular family vacation spot. The views are incredible. The unit is incredibly kept and spacious. The staff is friendly. The pools are clean. The beds are comfortable. Close walking distance to the pier and convenience store... Make sure you go to Deb's coffee! We saw dolphins on 4 separate occasions... We fell in love wit Navarre during our stay. The Pearl Unit #503 made that possible...

Relaxing beautiful place.
Renting this property was easy. Check in was hard as it was a third party. I got to the building after a 2 day drive to be told I didn’t have a reservation. Turns out they texted the wrong number all of the check in details and it could have been avoided. Beautiful place overall once that got sorted out.

The condo was very clean and the pictures were accurate. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Even though the Pearl was full this condo was quiet as long as the sliding doors were closed. The pools were very crowded and cloudy. The internet did not work. The modem is old and needs to be replaced. Luckily on Wednesday we discovered we could log on to a neighboring condo and save our data. The TV’s reception was spotty. The coax cable is old and the tv would pixelate and freeze often. The beach was very crowded and if you don’t rent chairs, you will be sitting 3 rows back from the water. The chairs are put out before dawn every day and remain there even if no one rents them.

Navarre Beach summer trip
We arrived towards the end of a tropical storm so we experienced rough water and on and off showers, which is of course, out of anyone's control. The good thing about that was there were lots of shells to be found. The condo was very large and mostly updated. It could have been cleaner. I can deal with pretty much anything except someone else's hair. When we first got there and looked around there were multiple hairs in the shower. The balcony furniture could use an update also. And why anyone would put in a white couch is beyond me. But we had a good stay overall.
