Would have been great if......
When we arrived, there were numerous signs stating that we would be towed if we didn't have a parking pass displayed on our dash. Luckily, we stumbled on the lobby which was one floor up from the parking lot, and they said it would probably be in our unit. And it was. Upon getting settled after a 7 hour drive, we discovered that we had no internet on our phones and notepad. None of the listed IDs and Passwords worked. We called Vacasa, but the text reply didn't come until the next day....when at last, the issue was fixed. The owner didn't trust us enough to enjoy the 2 recliners, because they weren't plugged in. The TV was a confusion of 2 remotes and no instructions. We ending up with a very loud voice that announced every command we input on the remote and no way to remove it. All we wanted was a very quiet, peaceful few days on the beach, which we did enjoy, until it was time to check out. Not only did the owner instruct us to dispose of the trash and start the dishwasher, but we were required to strip all 3 beds even if we did not use them, and start a load of towels in the washer. Y'know, if I wanted to do housework, I would have stayed at home. I mean, what is the cleaning fee for anyway? I did half of it for you. It seems like every time I book a Vrbo, or Vacasa, or other commercial vacation home, they tack on one more cleaning duty that I have to do. I'm sorry but, it was a very nice condo, with a lovely view, but not much of a stress-free get-away.
