The front desk staff was extremely helpful, Immediately he changed our room when he realized we requested Non-smoking and we were given a smoking room. Housekeeping also very caring that we had everything we needed.

Bad service

We stayed there 3 nights. On the second day we called the front desk to ask for towels. Instead of saying they will bring them to us, they said to go outside and look for a housekeeper to ask them for towels.
