Great Stay
First time visiting Nashville & decided to stay at this hotel. It was great. Front desk was very friendly & welcoming. Main doors were locked early for security & that made me feel extra safe, really appreciated that. Room was cleaned daily. We have zero complaints and would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again sometime.

I was skeptical after reading some of the other reviews but we were very pleased with the hotel. Exactly what you expect and more from a Marriott! Breakfast had a large selection and was fresh, free shuttle around town, friendly staff, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable! Would definitely return!

Our stay at the Fairfield was perfect in every way!! Location was ideal. While initially we thought it would be walkable to more downtown attractions, there is a hotel shuttle that made everything super easy and convenient to get to! Shuttle was complimentary which increased the value of the hotel stay immensely! Room was great, hotels quiet. Free breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Would stay here again for sure. Staff were all very friendly and helpful when needed

When we arrived, our room was not ready. We checked our bags and took the shuttle downtown and had lunch. The closet was so small that the ironing board took up most of it so we could only hang up about 4 hangers worth of clothing. There was no luggage stand so I lived out of a suitcase that was on the floor for 5 days. The first day housekeeping made up the room but by day 3, when they did not come, the garbage was overflowing so I brought the garbage to the front desk and requested service. There was only oatmilk or sweetened/flavored coffeemate at the breakfast bar so if you did want cereal, there was no regular milk for that or for coffee. The shuttle was reliable and picked us up and dropped us off within a 4 mile radius of the hotel. That saved us a lot on Uber fees. Other than that, the place was not as comfortable as I expected. I would not recommend it.

It was a very nice room that we had. It was very odd that my room had a bunch of men knocking at the door, which made me feel very uncomfortable. So I put the do not disturb sign and didn’t allow housekeeping to clean my room for safety purposes. I’m not sure if they confused my room for another room number or if they thought my room is for housekeeping. The shuttle service was nice and the room was clean when I got there there were no other problems to report.
