The Neighborhood:
Enjoy your morning coffee on a stroll around the beautiful Belmont Campus just around the corner! 12 South food/bev district is only a 15 minute walk away and Nashville's best restaurants & entertainment at the Gulch and Broadway are a short ~5 minute Uber away! This is one of the most convenient, established, and desired locations in all of Nashville.

-Drive Times: Music Row/Gulch (4 min), 12 South (3 min), Broadway (6 min), Nissan Stadium (10 min) and Airport (15 min)

Getting Around:
There are multiple coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, but for most of Nashville's greatest attractions, we recommend catching an Uber or taking a motorized scooter. The home is centered between Nashville's most trendy spots, so taxis are plentiful, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Our standard check in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00. However, we know with large parties guests often have widely varying arrival and departure times. We make every effort to accommodate these requests for a small fee.

✧ NO LOCAL RESERVATIONS ✧
Local reservations are only accepted with prior notice and approval.

✧ NO SMOKING ✧
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking in, or near the home, where it could impact future guests.

✧ GUEST VERIFICATION ✧
Local regulations require us to verify your identity prior to check in (just like hotels). We do this through your booking platform or with a simple check in form where you input a government issued ID.

✧ DEPOSIT ✧
We require a credit card on file (from your booking platform) for a $1,000 damage/vandalism deposit. This is reflected either 1. transparently to you via your booking platform or 2. as an authorization hold on your card which is released after checkout (just like hotels do). This is secondary to our accidental damage insurance, but required because the homes in our portfolio are of exceptional value and are often appointed with top tier furnishings and custom art.

✧ SANITIZATION AND CLEANING ✧
We ALWAYS treat our homes like high-end hotels with dedicated cleaning staff and quality assurance checks because cleanliness is so important to a great stay! With the addition of COVID-19, the heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are even more in the spotlight. For these reasons, we use strict disinfection protocol after every stay.

We have keyless entry but are available virtually or in person 24/7 if we can help in any way.

Fabulous house and location
House was absolutely perfect. We had 2 couples and our 4 adult children. The place is clean and very comfortable. The communication w the homeowner was great! She answered any questions I had immediately. The rooftop was an added perk. The location is perfect. It’s a quick and easy Uber ride to everything. Inhighlt recommend!

The house was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. My friends and I had the best time for my bachelorette! Such a perfect space for a big group and comfortably slept 10 people! Ashley was also an amazing host! She was friendly, super accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Townhome
A great townhome in a good location, close to both major universities' and only a few minutes to downtown. The unit was well maintained and very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our four day visit and will definitely be back.
