A lovely property and an enjoyable stay. A bit more communication would be good as we weren’t sure of our room inclusions and missed out for the first few days. Every room had different inclusions so a bit confusing when talking to other people staying there.

It is illegal to not smile in Fiji
First family trip with 6 month old baby, was greeted warmly and with great professionalism. Food was amazing and clean, had no gastro issues. The staff from groundskeepers to kitchen chefs loves children and often we see them taking our daughter away for a loving hug. It is true what they say about Fiji, it is your home away from home. Thank you Livai at lobby for greeting us and keeping us entertained, hope to see you and your team again shortly.

Fantastic holiday, from the moment we arrived. Check in was seamless, staff super friendly. The whole resort was perfectly clean at all times. The food was amazing. The Laundry facility was fantastic. We stayed on the Adults only side of the resort and our stay was perfect. Everything has been thought of and I couldn't recommend more.

We loved how warm, welcoming and friendly the staff were at the Sofitel. No request was too much, and everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely holiday. Our children (ages 2 and 4) enjoyed the water slide, kids club activities and all of the food options available. Highlights for me were the spa, which was amazing, the room and how lovely and clean it was kept every day, the small and thoughtful touches (duty manager Sol was exceptionally kind) and daily breakfast was amazing. We can't wait to return again soon!

Staying at the Sofitel was a luxury; the rooms were modern, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable, with ocean views. The pool area was beautiful, with lots of seating. I don't have young children, but the kids club and daily activities on offer were impressive, and all the children and parents looked happy. The beachfront also had cabanas and deck chairs on offer, but you did have to get there early to secure a spot. Bar/restaurant on the beachfront had great drinks/meals all day and nightly entertainment. There are quality restaurants to choose from casual to fine dining, and the buffet breakfast was amazing you won't be disappointed. Port Denarau is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute ride on the Bula Bus, and there, you will also find many well-priced restaurants to choose from. All staff and customer service were impeccable - organized, kind, and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The Sofitel welcomes you with open arms, and you instantly feel at home it was sad to say goodbye. Thank you for a wonderful week

We stayed here on our first night in Fiji. Our plane landed early in the morning so it was only 8am when we arrived at the hotel. We were extremely pleased to discover they had a room ready for us immediately. Others that arrived at the same time as us had to wait until the afternoon for their rooms to become available. Regardless, you can just check your bags at reception, and enjoy the hotel facilities (restaurants, pool and beach) while waiting for a room. Our room was located on the far end of the resort between the beach club and a neighboring resort that was under construction. Despite the occasional noise that we could hear from our balcony, the room was quiet with a huge bathroom and spacious walk-in shower. Our room included breakfast at their very extensive buffet which had a huge number of breakfast and even lunch options. An employee showed us around the buffet before seating us at a table which helped us in understanding how everything was arranged. There was even sparkling wine included which was available on one of the patio areas.

A beautiful resort which was ideal for us with our five month old baby. Our room was clean but we did have a few cockroaches come in at times (maybe under the door?). The air-conditioning was freezing and you are not able to adjust it yourself. We did request at rexeption for this to be adjusted for the baby but it wasn't done unfortunately. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay. The pool is gorgeous, the breakfast buffet is fabulous. Love the beach bar and it's an easy walk to the port as well for supplies. Staff were excellent, and special mention about Madame So, absolutely divine.
