My stay was good. Some issues with check in and fees that I was not aware of. Theres a deposit fee after you pay your stay and than a 45 dollar fee that I did not understand what that was for.

There was no one that cleaned our room each day or made up our bed, nor did anyone bring us fresh towels. Disappointing paying a resort fee and the expense and not one service to our room during our stay.

Excellent resort

Excellent resort, beachfront, great amenities and a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. The only drawback was the noise from the amusement park directly across the road from our room. Will definitely be saying here again!

Great resort with great and helpful staff. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach. Quick and easy beach access. Also great selection of pools and activities for kids.

They had a resort fee upon arrival that was not mentioned prior. No cleaning of the rooms unless requested and then rudely told me can just put our dirty towels in the hallway. Having the room cleaned seemed like a hassle. Pools were smaller than pictured. Location was just okay. Being on the ocean was nice, but hard to find restaurants. Not much in close proximity.

Water pressure in the shower isn’t great. Room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. The bathroom door was hard to close shut. Outdoors towels bins were empty most of the time. Even after I asked front desk to refill them. However, very friendly staff and front desk employees the hotel looks beautiful right on the beach.

The hotel has been renovated, but fairly cheaply. The pictures online are much nicer than the actual hotel. They were also rude when we declined the timeshare tour.
