Check in was ok. Hotel is very old and outdated. Needs major updates. Room was on the side of the building so very limited ocean view. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. House keeping tossed a bag with towels on our bed and never cleaned room or take the used towels. Parking was across the street but no too bad. Overwhelming smell of marijuana going to elevator. Loud banging during the night that woke us up. Sounded like someone was throwing items in a dumpster. Loud vehicles late at night in drop off parking right under our room. We book on hotels.com often. I will never stay in the Sea Crest again and I go to myrtle beach every year. Please drop there rating as it is not a nice place to stay.

As a resort , I didn’t expect to have to put trash outside in the walk way, didn’t think I would have to bring dirty towers to the laundry room. First room we got put in had a roach in the kitchen. The room never got cleaned , not once .

Excellent rate……….stayed in the low rise. Room initially had that old motel musty smell. Went and purchased some disinfectant and some smell good spray. That helped a lot. Killed a roach. Overall, it was good.

This was our first time staying at Sea Crest. We decided to try a different hotel from the one we usually stay at when we go to Myrtle Beach. We were not disappointed. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. We have already decided we will stay here again next year.

There was TP and black stuff in my toilet. There was dirty stuff in my sink. After showering and using towels, there was long black hairs on my towels common off in tub and on me!! It wasn't just 1 thing!!

Nice property , average rooms nothing too fancy, rooms are clean not up to date. Comfy beds. We were in room 236 it has a jetted tub , the balcony overlooks the kids fun land section which sucked , noise all day and night. They do have roaches and our sink clogged so bad it never drained fully from the previous renter. The beach and outdoor section is beautiful and where I spent most my time, we were blessed with awesome weather .

We had to check out of our condo at 10am in North Myrtle Beach, but catching a 10pm flight home. So we booked this hotel because it was near the airport and on the beach. We were looking for a place to shower and change clothes after we walked the boardwalk, beach and swimming pool. A BIG thank you to the young man that checked us in!! It was wonderful that he was able to get us in a room quickly!! Also, all staff that we encountered were wonderful, polite and helpful!!! Thank you!!!!
