The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few studios offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. This listing also features a full-size stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa and enjoy endless views of the ocean! The sofa converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the counter using the bar stools and enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee. The queen bed faces the Southern window; wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.
The full-size bathroom is located to the left when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. The bathroom is brand new as of June 2023!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper and paper towels.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location.
