Spacious condo with lovely view

This is a very spacious condo with an exceptional view. The building itself is very well maintained, but the unit needs major updating which I believe is in the works. The bathrooms and flooring are in dire need of replacement. (The plumbing actually leaked out into the outside hallway every time we showered.) Management was responsive, and the supplied towels and linens were top of the line. Noise from adjoining units is an issue and I can’t imagine how loud it would be in season. On the whole, once this unit is remodeled it will be lovely. The location can’t be beat!

Nice property close to the beach

This is a nice condo steps away from the beach. The property manager was very communicative and nice. The view of the beach was surprisingly good for being a condo on the side of the building not exactly facing the ocean.
