It's was my husband bday weekend. My son, step son and I enjoy this stay with him. We just wanted to get out of town and the house for a while. We enjoy the stay and the view! Wish you had a delivery menu inside the place and adventure chart around the area for events near by. But other than that it was relaxing!

Great Stay

My family and I stayed at this condo for our vacation. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The updated bathrooms were very nice too. The location of the condo was perfect . . .just a few minute walk from the beach and shopping. The property manager, Dave, was extremely nice as well. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely return.

Good communication and straight forward process

Rented this condo for a guys golf/fishing weekend. The check in/out process was very simple and property manager had great communication. Location is close to walk enough to bars/restaurants. Ocean view and pool/spa/grill was a plus.

Volleyball tournament

We stayed for the weekend to watch our granddaughter play in volleyball tournament. Communication with host was wonderful and helpful. Condo was clean and well kept. Beautiful view of beach across street and near lots of attractions. Will stay again

Front door is uninviting and needs to be painted. Oven needs to be cleaned. Trash was under the beds in middle room with bunk beds. Also, cable did not work in that room. Mattress is hard & uncomfortable in first bedroom. We had to buy tissue, hand soap, cleaning products because none was there. The condo did not smell fresh and had an odor . Pictures of condo look nice on website but this place needs to be renovated. *The floors have been replaced but that is all. *Short walking distance to beach.

Awesome stay

We had an awesome time considering the weather! The pod key was not in the condo when we checked in and notified owner immediately. The view was absolutely beautiful. The condo was super clean & loved the new flooring although the oven needed some attention. Will definitely be coming back

Enjoyable stay

Location was good for us, not in the center activity. But close enough to walk to many different activities. Very close to the beach, 1 1/2 blocks, easy walk. The condo was adequate but could use a little tlc. A real good cleaning for starters. Some of the screens were missing, the cooking pans should be replaced. Pool area was nice, water was very cold though. Hot tub was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay, none of the above issues hampered our fun. We would consider this unit again in the future.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The bedrooms get warm with the doors closed but plug in fans are provided. Walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to the piers and shops. We really enjoyed our stay
