Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 20th floor is an oceanfront corner unit with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

Labor Day Family Get Away
The condo is just like you see in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable for our whole family. The view from the balcony is amazing. The resort has a lot of amenities for everyone of all ages. I would definitely book again.

Great Vacation
Celebrated my sons 1st birthday. Great view and location. Easy access and communication. With the accommodation of sleeping 8+ people more trash bags and more than 1 extra rolls of toliet paper should be provoided. Wish there was at least salt & pepper in the kitchen. Oven needs deep cleaning, every time you cook and open fire alarm goes off. Master bedroom is extremely HOT due to windows, fans were provided! Overrall great place.

Washer was broken and dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor and didn’t work. There wasn’t enough kitchen items to cook took all week to get the washer fixed. The glass dining table was missing a part, and it was fixed with a clothes pin that was put underneath the glass. The vacuum didn’t work.

Room was great. Balcony was amazing. Master bedroom had beautiful large windows with a beautiful beach view. Condo was clean and had everything thing in kitchen you could need you cook full meals. The only negative thing I can say is that the pools were not the cleanest. The outside pool often had random things floating in it like paper, food and even a bar of soap at one point. We seen staff cleaning pools every morning but by evening there was stuff floating in them again. Despite that I would stay again. Check in was easy, just enter code and open your door. Check out was simple and easy. Just sent a txt saying checked out and that’s it. Overall we had a great time and the condo was great. I would definitely recommend.

Fall break getaway
Everything was as described with the condo. Stunning views of the ocean. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Absolutely loved our trip! Will definitely come back to this resort and condo again. The arcade needed some attention. Several games were not working. Also, need better information about where to leave the trash. The only information was that you could not leave it in the room but no details as to where to take it to.

Refreshing Retreat
This was a wonderful place for our family vacation! The beach, sunrise, and ocean views were breathtaking! We enjoyed our time here. The condo was neat and clean. Time on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean and listening to the waves was a favorite along with the many pools and time on the beach. The host made sure we knew she was available and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

The overall stay was nice. Not the best place we’ve ever stayed, unit is somewhat dated, kitchen is not as stocked as it could be and for the rental rate there should have additional items such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. The unit was surface “clean” but did not smell sanitized, the windows were very dirty. The AC stopped working the day before we left. The beds were comfortable. However, the master bedroom stayed very warm while the rest of the unit was cool. It was a pleasant stay but we surely did not get the best and for our buck.

The condo on the 20th floor was beautiful. The hotel was very busy with lots of families. I booked it for location and was very happy. Its a very busy place in July but the bath like water is worth its weight in gold.

So expensive!!!
I have been coming to Myrtle Beach and this property for 20+ years. This is the most disappointed I have been. We came with 3 families, which equaled 23 people of all ages. A front desk manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to our family. There were cockroaches in a family members room and they requested a clean room and the resort refused. Our fridge was warm for the first 24 hours, the master bedroom was hot but the rest of the condo was freezing, the fountains in the kids pool never worked even after we were told they would be fixed, very few luggage carts, which meant we had to carry all our things to the elevator, trash was piled up in the hallway, oven door and handle was extremely hot and 2 people were were burned, not enough bathrooms around the pools for this large of a resort, different rules for families that booked through the resort, and we did not have access to the fitness room, arcade, or pool towels. Our families will not be staying at this resort again.

Great Location and View!
We had a great week at this resort on the 20th floor. The unit was nicely decorated and the view cannot be beat! It was well stocked with very comfortable bedding. The location was also perfect. Walking distance to mini golf, ice cream, and shopping. Other attractions were just minutes away by car and the parking garage was conveniently located just across the street. We all enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the pool to the beach all day. Nice resort for all ages and the management company was responsive with good communication.

High rise condo
The unit was exactly as described. The location within the Caribbean resort was great for location and several amenities within walking distance along the beach. The maintenance of the overall property was less than ideal and not well maintained taking away from the value of this unit with over run trash bins and added carpet. It appears there’s an effort to begin updating however not complete with missing flooring and doorway seals in the entry ways and parking decks.
