Didn’t like some people late night at 2 to 230 in the morning fighting and arguing and loud woke us up couldn’t sleep we checked out by 330 in the morning I would like some form of a refund maybe 25 dollars that would please me!!!

Latrice was very nice. I was disappointed they didn’t have meat for the continental breakfast. You need a lil meat with those grits and eggs. Bonnie was very nice at the from desk. I didn’t get the ladies name when we checked in on Thursday but she was also nice.

Hotel was dusty, bed was super hard woke up in pain everyday. Did not have toilet paper in room. It was good for the price paid but could use a good cleaning and better mattress

This hotel was convenient for the location i needed to be in. It was comfortable. The room was ok. There was mildew around the shower safety bar. I was not awate i had to pay to park. When i asked about it the front desk person told me that it is this particular location because they dont own the property. I thought that was ridiculous.

I’m a business traveler. When I first arrived I waited over 5 minutes for someone to greet me at the front desk. No one was there. My room was great, bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast… not so much! 3 of my 4 mornings boiled eggs were served - only boiled eggs, with only grits and sliced bread as sides. The only fresh fruit was an apple. Compared to other hotel chains I frequent like Hampton Inn this was the worst breakfast offering I’ve ever had. It was bad enough to make me want to stay somewhere else next time.

Property itself is well kept, and well run. I enjoyed the location as 48th leads to a very nice area of beach. No high rises around, only residences, so it is a nice less crowded beach area. It's away from the crowds of the boardwalk area, but if you want to check that out, it's a very short drive.

The front desk lady was rude I corrected her about my puppy and then she proceeded to tell everyone what she hated about people felt entitled I didn’t want to go back and forth with her so I continued on
