I was concerned about the number of dogs at the property. When I made my reservation I was not aware that you did not offer daily refreshing or cleaning of the rooms. When I arrived at the property I was told that my room would be cleaned after a " 4 "day stay but I could request a refreshing after two nights. After my second night I requested a room refreshing. The person responsible for cleaning only left a partial bundle of towels, no toilet paper and one hand towel. There were two of us in the room. I told the night agent and she noted it and the room was refreshed the next day. We stayed a total of 5 nights but the room was never cleaned. Total disappointment. The " hot breakfast" was a joke. Eggs were provided but not one piece of breakfast meat of any kind. The verdict is out if I I will stay there again. put other thing the return vent in the bath room was dirty and dusty this is why I didn't rate the cleanliness.

I evacuated from Hurricane Milton and Bonnie was the most AMAZING help and sense of comfort. I cannot say enough about Bonnie at the front desk. She allowed me to check in early, she continuously checked in on me, she greeted me with a smile every time I saw her, and she always made sure I was provided for. She is truly the reason I had such a comfortable and incredible stay. She was absolutely amazing. I've never met friendlier hotel staff. The room was very reasonably priced, and it was a very cozy room. I am huge on bathroom's being clean, and these bathrooms were very clean.

I've always enjoyed staying at La Quintas. This one in Myrtle Beach -- our refuge from Hurricane Helene --was unexpectedly lovely. The room was spacious, front desk people were gracious and very helpful, the grounds are beautiful. We'll be back!
