The room needs a thorough cleaning. It was disgusting. The carpet had major stains all over it. The toilets were unclean. The bed sheets were dirty. The pillows on the bed were dirty. The dryer was not working and the key card stopped working and so we had to wait 30 minutes before maintenance could open the door. This was a large room but for what we pay for and for what we got, it was not worth it.

I always enjoy my stay at Kingston Plantation. My villa could stand some upgrades in furniture and bedding. But despite that concern I’m pleased. I do wish the residents of the condos were included in the complimentary managers reception
