It wasn’t the cleanest. It just felt dirty and room service never came to our room to give us new towels. They “upgraded” us from a king bed room to a room with two very small full sized beds. My husband and I couldn’t even share a bed they were so small. We asked to be put back in our original room. We were in a conjoining room and could hear everything from the room beside us. The conjoining door didn’t touch the floor so all the noise was coming from under the door. We finally had to call the front desk because it was so loud and it was late at night when all of this was happening. The lady at the front desk was super nice! I’m not sure I’d recommend this place and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very beautiful room!! Family went down to inside pool and lazy river. Really enjoyed themselves! The room had everything you would need to cook a family meal.

So the room was great. The pool was great, there was a amazing view. The staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the game room. It was pretty run down for such a nice hotel and if you are going to advertise a game room, it should be up to par. Everything else was great and I would definitely stay again

Rooms were dirty. Put multiple guests in dirty rooms. Game room was broke, said they couldnt fix the games nor give us our money back for broken machines. Place was extremely dirty.. Ratings are definitely wrong. This place is def not a good place to stay. Everything wasnwrong and they just used excuses for everything and anything. Me and 4 yr old stayed. We made the best of it but this place doesnt care about its customers or what they need or what they stay in. I've been in customer service my whole life, and they have no customer service at all in this place. None!! Pls don't waste your money. You can find a better place.

The staff at the front desk are on their toes. I had such a great stay, I extended by two days, then again by 2 days. It was fairly quiet. I could hear the neighbor snoring. Either they were loud, or the walls are “thin”. The pools were clean and clear, the beach access was nice and the condo I rented was decorated beautifully.

Everything about the hotel was great except for the check in/check out times. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. Most places we stayed at previously were 3 pm and 11 am respectively. We especially felt rushed to leave.

We booked the smallest room (think regular hotel room). While the bathroom was clean, the carpet had spots, furniture was old with some sticky spots. You could hear very word people in the unit next door were saying. The room photo was misleading. Photo showed small kitchenette. The reality was a microwave sitting on top of the mini fridge, which sporadically turned off. None of the VIP perks (upgrades or late check out were available). Staff, while courteous, was not accommodating. We stayed at the property last year and had much better experience. After experience this year, we will not be coming back
