The room that I originally got was not the room that I ordered on Hotels.com I explained this to the front representative. My employee who’s room I also paid for got the correct room, but I had to pay in order to get the same room as I paid for my employee. Fortunately Hotels.com at great customer service and they paid difference.

The service was great! The room was clean, and very spacious. The swimming pools were very warm and clean. The pools and lazy river did not smell like chlorine but they were warm and clean!

Place is a complete dump. What’s even worse is the incredible lazy unfriendly staff. With so many choices to stay there is absolutely no reason to stay in such a run down poor excuse for a place. Rooms are in terrible condition , dirty old and just ugly. Do not stay.

Worth the time and money
Affordable accommodations at a reasonable price point. Centrally located, this property has been upgraded with beautiful new flooring and fixtures and is in excellent condition. The night shift front desk worker gave us incredible customer service, fully explaining parking, check in and check out instructions along with process for free movie rentals. And the night security guard was fantastic! They have a fridge and coffee maker in the room. I would recommend staying here again.

Parking Was an Issue
The stay was great but we rented a 1 bedroom suite but we could only receive 1 parking pass and we had 2 cars . I had to pay an extra $40 for parking across the street behind a store. Parking garage was EMPTYYY so space was not limited!
