The Patricia Grand Resort gives you the perfect location to visit local attractions, or stay put and enjoy the Resort amenities. Condo has a new king bed in the bedroom, along with a new sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Well stocked with most everything you need. There are even two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use.

This is our 3rd stay at this unit and we enjoyed ourselves as always. This unit has the full on ocean view with bar height stools on the balcony so no obstructed view of the sunrise. There are always plenty of towels and extra blankets, pillow etc. the location is right outside the elevators with the washer & dryer and vending right outside the door.

This unit was great. The balcony offered a perfect view of the beach and felt very private. The condo itself was super cute and the perfect amount of space. We had a relaxing week of sand and sun. The Patricia Grand is our place at the beach, and this unit in particular is our new fav.

Our stay was amazing! We loved the location and the amenities at the resort. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long vacation. Clean, fully stocked unit with amazing view

This was our second stay in this unit. It has everything me and my husband needed, ample linens, pillows, blankets, stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer are located right outside the unit if needed and the forward facing balcony is the best at the resort. We watch the sunrise from the bar height stools off our balcony each morning. Check in was simple and the digital lock means we don’t need to fumble with keys or wait in any check in lines. We’ll stay again.
