I was very disappointed that after a 13 hour drive from NY I was given a room over looking the pool that had yellow tape around it like a crime seen and closed ! ! Construction all over too !! What a view and being at the corner I had no privacy as people good look directly at me if I tried to sit on the balcony and had the Dj playing music right to my right . At least warn me I’m tired and then you have to walk Accross the street for breakfast that is served too you like your in prison / military so they control the portion. Don't ask for toast because they had none . We could have eggs , grits fruit sausage and tomatoes. Oh you can make your own waffles , ok that’s normal . I did not see coffee either ! The staff was pleasant at breakfast it’s the way the hotel runs things !so many hotels and we picked one that could care less !!

My family and I stayed for three nights and four days to attend a wedding. We stayed in the South tower of the building from September 27th, 2024 to September 30th, 2024. Hurricane Helene had just passed through the Carolinas so there were some cons associated with that like the floor by the glass door being a bit damp due to rain and some pools not being open. Since this was obviously out of their control, I won’t include these things in my review — I just wanted to note them. I booked through Expedia but pricing for each night was decently priced, especially for being oceanfront. My pros were that the shower was good and had great water pressure and temperature. The kitchen was a nice plus although we didn’t end up using it as much as we thought we would. I didn’t use the complementary breakfast but my dad did and he loved it. I felt safe here since you had to use your keycard to use the elevators. The staff were nice but seemed very overworked and understaffed. My only cons are that the room had an odd smell to it — nothing horrible but just an old kind of smell. Parking close by is very limited though. We got lucky more often than not but most people had to park across the street as there were only about six parking spaces actually connected to the hotel entrance. Our room was clean but the floors in the hallways had some stains on them (some huge and very noticeable). The whole building needed a good deep clean. My main con is that the beds are terrible. Very hard

I'm not counting the pipeline or the storm that hit in my review. The front desk were helpful and kind as always and a few of the maids were nice as well. But something about Saturday, our hall was full of yelling and banging of doors and carts around 9 am past 12pm. They were cleaning the hall and slamming the doors on the metal door locks making sleeping in a nightmare. We were up all night talking to family and friends from Western NC and was just wanting some sleep. I hid in the living room and could still feel the walls shake from the doors slamming as they cleaned.

Everything was good ,fridge and door peeling from moisture. A little rusted. Nice oceanveiw, room was was clean. Plenty of towels washcloth. Breakfast was excellent.

what was advertised and what was there were very much two different things. -Facility not on the beach - across the street -Looking for a 2 bedroom condo, not 2 separate rooms -Went down to get help and the folks at the desk couldn't help, said we needed to call you for assistance. If you are representing and selling rooms for them, would expect they would be more helpful....so check in was a real problem and took forever.

The staff at this property were courteous and friendly. Check in was quick and easy Pool area was great Beautiful view of the ocean from the room balcony Rooms had great amenities Has a coin laundry across the street Continental warm breakfast Some of the hotel is dated but it's fine 20-30 minute walk from activities and amusement park

We had stayed here previously during a storm and had a satisfactory visit so decided to see it in nice weather. It didn't disappoint. Plenty of pools, chairs and tables. Nicely maintained.

Maid service sucks we had to beg every day for towels and wash rags. They never made beds or vacuum room. Room door was so hard to open and once you got open then did not close good.

needs a little TLC.....bed was lumpy needs new mattress! carpet was dirty, needs new coffee pot.....just a few upgrades....and need to leave tea for us non coffee drinkers!
