The stay was great. The hotel is updating. Granddaughters had a blast. Loved the pools. Would like more information on what’s around with the five coupon books. The room was ok. Needs new carpet, softer bed, new sliding door and curtains.

After selecting and staying at Compass Cove several times before, this visit was the worst. The customer service is lousy, the employees were not concerned about any of the issues that I brought to their attention. Main issue: Each room assignment, the room was dirty and not fit for occupancy. On the third assigned room, I settled and requested housekeeping services! Check-in took approximately 45 minutes after returning to communicate the cleanliness of the assigned room. After that,I asked for a complimentary breakfast ticket, no, booked via 3rd party. Let them handle the disgruntlement. Yes, that’s what was said.

I liked nothing about this property aside from the fact that it was empty for the off season. I disliked the overwhelming mildew smell of the room, the construction happening throughout the day, the powerwashing of the walls, doors and ceilings in the hallways making all the carpeting in the hallways wet. All in all probability of staying here again is minuscule

Filthy room.. not getting cleaned on daily basis.
My room 1st. had a leak coming from upstairs, and had to be moved. The the new room was nasty. The pictures were covered in mold, there was mold on the appliances. the shower curtain had a brown spot that looked like feces. the lamp shades had what looked like bug feces on them. Complained to hotel and they came in whipped off the curtain and spayed the room with air cleaner then left the hotel stated they had returned $50 to my account, but I would need to contact Hotels.com to receive it... Never got it (of course).

When I arrive the water was off they didn't inform me that there was construction on going at the hotel otherwise everything else was okay

Stay away, far away!!!
Turned off the water without notification, very noisy construction, work trucks/equipment using handicap parking spaces!!! Parking was very very limited if drive a full size 4 door truck. The staff I dealt was fine except for the scammer at registration, trying to push timeshares in a fraudulent and deceptive manner.

I recently lost my mom and in grieving i needed some peace the room i am in did not have a streaming option on the tv for watching movies and i don't look at regular tv so I'm sitting in here quietly no tv on just crying nonstop that was not what i wanted i needed peace and i don't have a piece of mind i can say I'm really upset because I'm just crying

I made my reservation 7 months ahead and they call me one week before I was arriving to notify me that my reservation was been changed because of construction issues. We reserved and paid the 3 room condo and instead they gave us two one room condo. The kitchen was very small. We are very disappointed with this place.
