Great location
The property is old but comfortable. The blinds definitely need an upgrade. Most of them are not flipping or broken to be drawn. I missed kitchen towels and a pitcher for water in the kitchen. The master bedroom tv wasn’t functional, so we hung around on the main floor for the most part that we were home. The proximity to the beach, the fresh market, starbucks etc is awesome. We enjoyed going to the beach whenever we could and that was very important for us. Overall it is a nice and cozy place, will be fantastic if some small things are taken care of.

Great Location
You really couldn't ask for a better location for the price. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. It is located in the north end, which is not as chaotic. Condo itself was dated, but suited us for our needs.
