The customer service was great at the front desk. Jovani was very courteous and patient while quickly checking me in. I like that the beach was a qick walk right outside of the property. I also enjoyed the resort having multiple pools and hot tubs. I didn't like not having a small sofa in the room.

We used Expedia to book our reservation. When we got there, the woman at the desk asked if she could help us. We gave her our name and she said to another employee ‘they used Expedia’ then went into another room and closed the door. When she came back out she referred us to another employee at the other end of the counter. When we asked an employee outside if they had any carts for our luggage, he said there might be some down at the end of the drive thru. There wasn’t any, but he said someone could take them up for us meaning that there was a small charge. We got to the room, there was a huge king sized bed in what was a small bedroom. The top of the mattress was like 4 feet off the ground and the bed frame was held together with galvanized brackets that looked like hurricane ties. It looked like it came from a thrift store and didn’t match the rest of the furniture. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t work. We tried every switch on the wall and nothing. There wasn’t even a cord to pull to operate it. The dishwasher wasn’t secured to the cabinet. When you open the door you can pull the dishwasher out. Funny thing is that when we checked out we saw an employee putting the luggage carts into a locked room near the drive thru. They told us earlier that most of the time the customers don’t bring them back. We were disappointed. I know that Conrad Hilton would not have been pleased with his staff. He wanted every customer to have a good experience at his hotels.

The property was breathtaking….. my room was very clean.. the only thing they needed work on was the toilet sometimes it was hard to flush… and the sink the stopper was broke… I don’t know why they have not fix it… but everything else was good 😊

Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Very good location-walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Great beach view. Pool area was kept very clean. Attendants kept towels stocked, constantly walked around picking up any debris and kept the walkway to the ocean clean so sand wouldn’t end up on the pool deck or in the pools.

Got pre checked in early .lost my reservation said did not she i should be there until following day .lost 2 hours of room time . Said it was your error not theirs but i had all my proof of booking and dates . Upgraded me to full ocean view room instead of partial but jetted tub did not work, hvac closet leaked water everywhere, staff was not friendly other than manager . Cigarette butts all outside .. will not be back! Not worth the money
