What is better than a beach vacation? Spending it at a resort with great amenities inside and out! Take advantage of everything this condo has to offer, and spend your days on the beach or enjoying the many amenities and perks available to you.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!ames, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Things to Know
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be completed on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub free of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grand) is located across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
