The property is spacious and nice for our family. The en-suites are perfect. Please note… 2 of the 4 bedrooms do not offer closets, only a chest of drawers or dresser. All beds are queen and mattresses are very firm. The screened in porch is wonderful to keep mosquitos out. There was an unwanted guest outdside the screen door - copperhead - but we chose not to use that door at all after it was spotted heading to the bushes. The management company quickly responded when I requested more kitchen and hand towels. The dryer sounds like it’s screaming for about a minute when started but subsides and dries items effectively. Being able to bring a pet was great. Overall this is a nice option and the price was affordable.

Great location on quiet street. Condo was well appointed and perfect for our four golfers. Each bedroom was an ensuite and very comfortable. If possible, get a second-floor unit as Neighbours can be quite noisy. Would stay again....great communication by host.

Everything we needed
There were two adult couples and four children, and everyone had their own space. It was just what we needed. The common areas were well appointed and gave us enough space to eat together and play games. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and quite comfortable. The dishes, utensils, etc. were a great help. The only drawback was the screen-in back porch, which allowed rainwater to sit on the floor and wet the furniture. But that was too minor to be a bother. We are looking forward to coming back again.

PLEASE CHANGE THE EARLY ENTRY CODES
Everything was nice I enjoyed it I think in the near future they could use a pool out at the unit and also the early entry is not good because when I got to the place to my house someone else was in there because of the early entry code it really was an inconvenience because we had already took all our stuff out and packed when the people wanted their house back which it wasn't our fault they went to the wrong house so think about that how they went to the wrong address I don't know but that wasn't cool

The property was perfect. Well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were nice. The back patio is beautiful and gets the sun from noon until sunset. There are plenty of areas to walk along sidewalks. The dryer needs to be replaced. It worked ok but makes a lot of noise. Other than that we were very happy

The unit was clean when we arrived. We were able to do an early check in. The host Mandy was very pleasant! I did bring my own pots and pans, but the kitchen was stocked. I loved that the patio was screened in NO BUGS lol. The other added bonus was that each bedroom has it's own bathroom! The location was great but not on beachfront. However, Myrtle Beach is just a 15 minute drive! Overall I enjoyed the Condo!

Overall nice clean close driving distance to all the beaches in the area. I would like to have more trash bags and some dish clothes and pot holders .That's the only thing that was wrong this a very nice place. I would stay again.

Our Complaints and Concerns.
The property was Beautiful however it had a few flaws!! There wasn’t enough dishes,pots,pans,glasses and cups. The very minimum of supplies which includes toiletries,towels,dishwasher soap and trash bags was left there to use for 7 people for a week stay. There were no trash cans or dumpster near us it was across the lot which is what we used assuming we were supposed to since we weren’t informed where to dispose of the trash.One of the toilets was extremely hard to flush.We had no Air Conditioning for 2 days and it’s totally insane that we did without Air because it was the weekend when it quit working and was unable to contact anyone until Monday because we certainly couldn’t dial 911 for assistance with that problem. The first few days was Great but when the people above us came we could hear them and they we’re very loud on Wednesday night and up late which prevented us from getting the proper amount of sleep for our departure and long drive home.I understand that they were on Vacation also but as a courtesy to your neighbors there should be an hour at some point that should be considered quiet time.The mattresses were very Hard and Uncomfortable.

Awesome Beach House
My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Loved that every bedroom had a queen sized bed and attached bathroom. The only downsides were that the beds were pretty firm and there were no bathtubs (which may be difficult if you have small children.) Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Great space for families
The space was suitable for a family. All four bedroom had ample space as well as individual bathrooms and the kitchen and living room were also spacious. There were no complaints from us and we would stay there again in the future. Only factor for us was that we do didn’t realize we were a short drive away from the beach as we were looking to be closer.

Comfortable and classy
Clean, updated, rooms each have their own bathrooms/tv's and are located as far away as possible from each other (four corners of the apartment), with the social areas centered in the apartment. Away from the crowded attractions, but easy and quick enough to get back to them if you decide to.

Little Found Gem
We stayed here recently for a short getaway. Overall the place we really enjoyed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a huge plus! It was nicely decorated. The beds were slightly hard and small. Some of the kitchen pans need to be used dated but had an abundance of utensils and everything you needed to prepare a meal. The small ottoman had a issue with one of the wheels and the screen porch would not lock. However even with those small hiccups the place was secluded and quiet and had beautiful nature sightings.

Can't judge a property by it's photos and one review
Unfortunately, it was not a great stay. Upon arrival the property was not clean. Floors turned my child's socks dark brown after twenty minutes of walking. I ended up mopping the floors myself. Mirrors in two bathrooms were foggy and there was small pieces of garbage that were found in the kitchen and bathrooms (halls wrappers, fire sparklers, rocks under sofa, etc). It was evident the property was not cleaned thoroughly. So, I cleaned it. Upon arrival the Cable TV didn't work and I notified the management company. It took until the next day and me calling the cable company to have the owner informed, consent given and the issue resolved the next day - there was a dead battery issue on the outside of the property. An hour after arrival, I also notified the management company of an odor coming from the garbage disposal and the disposal was not operational. They said it would be reported. Fast forward a few days and the sink would not drain. I turned on the dishwasher to try and clean the breakfast dishes and had a flood on the floor. Called management company, the Plumber came and issue resolved within a few hours. However, it took 3 hours (3 cycles) to dry the towels used to clean up the water in the kitchen. Yes, I washed them to spin the excess water out first.. The lovely porch pictured stunk of mold and was basically unusable except for a quick 10 minutes to blow bubbles in the air for my child. You could see visible mold as well on the patio main door, plastic table and chairs. The beds were hard as a rock..all 4. All four guests had a terrible nights rest, if any. The sheets were paper thin and no blanket was provided on any bed. You had to use the duvet - eew. Sadly, it was a lovely property to look at but not stay at and I didn't feel the love from the management company. They were pleasant but passive. Our stay was a working vacation with all the issues encountered, bit we did a super job reporting things so maybe they won't happen next time. The management company called to offer 'certificates' to local attractions on Saturday late afternoon. We were checking out Sunday by 10am and trying to social distance (hence why we rented the place). Anyway, during Covid-19 having 'certificates' to utilize for a few hours wouldn't help rectify the situation, it was rather comical actually. Where would I go with my two year old between 5pm and 10am? However, the attempt to make it right was there, I guess.

Togetherness With Privacy-Stones throw to TPC Myrtle Beach
This property has an exceptional layout for families or golf groups. A fantastic open kitchen living room and screened porch for gathering as well as 4 well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms-great showers in each. No tub if you are traveling with little ones, but we worked around that just fine. Maybe installing a handheld shower head would be the answer? The close proximity to TPC Murrells Inlet (Prince Creek) is fantastic. We could visit family in the various Prince Creek neighborhoods by walking or a short Under 5 minute drive. Close proximity to Grocery stores etc. was clutch. The only thing I’d suggest the owners do would be add a curtain of some sort to the front bedroom windows as the outside lights still shine through the blinds. For some that isn’t a problem but for me personally it is, I wake up constantly. My daughter could have used an extra blanket in her room, but she’s always cold so perhaps not necessary but it would be nice if an extra blanket was in each room. We weren’t in SC for golf this trip, but would highly recommend this condo to golf groups. The layout is perfect. The condo is tastefully decorated and fairly close to many Murrells Inlet restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed fixing breakfast in the awesome kitchen and eating at the giant island. In a nutshell a great place to come home to at the end of a busy day of vacationing, golfing, whatever brings you to Murrells Inlet.
