Clean and pleasant room close to elevator. Room service quick and pleasant. Casino was fabulous! Check in was easy and SKIPLINE checkout a breeze!

Construction poor setup

There was construction going on which made lobby loud. The outside construction moved the parking far away. Had to WALK three stairways to get to the hotel from parking lot then thru first floor to the elevator to get to our floor. Very disappointed.

I'm not a gambler. Was in town for work and they had the cheaper place close to where I was working. Lots of new construction going on and I had to park on the other side where you enter into the casino and walk a ways to get to elevator and then to my room. Just wanted a bed and shower. Got to get my steps in for two days.

The hotel and staff were quite lovely and helpful. Parking at first was a bit challenging. I had to park around the other side, but the elevator and escalator were right there. I booked a non-smoking room. But when i walked into my room, it smelled like inscence type deodorizer mixed with cigarette smoke. It was coming from the bathroom, so I had to shut the door so not to smell it. The Starbucks coffee was really just a coffee machine you would see at a convenience store, which was disappointing. The room was nice, clean and spacious.

The place to stay

Large and comfortable rooms. Very clean. The hotel is expanding but that didn't interfere with my comfort ay all. I'd stay here again any fun he I'm in the area.

This hotel and casino were excellent. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was clean and fresh. Everything if you needed anything was just a text away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great experience at this hotel and casino. Will definitely be going back!!!

I had an issue with the mattress and management came and addressed it. I asked for a microwave and it was delivered. They were very accommodating and quick to take care of things.

We were booked in another guest’s room upon arrival. We were then moved to another floor, into a room with severe mold in the shower and dirty sheets on the bed. After swapping rooms a third time, the new shower wasn’t much better and the sheets there were also dirty. The hotel was under construction. The area around the hotel had little options in the way of food or entertainment.
