We have stayed here 3 times. The hotel itself is magnificent. Beautifully updated, extremely clean....everything about the actual hotel is beyond wonderful. I wish I could say the same about the staff. With each stay we have found the front desk staff to be terrible. Rude, condescending and unhelpful. It's such a beautiful hotel but the front desk staff is ruining it!

The property was perfect for my needs as a single traveler: safe, comfortable, and a welcoming, helpful staff. The small bistro restaurant downstairs was terrific and really convenient. I was headed to the San Juans the next morning, and this was a perfect hotel option: 10 minutes to the ferry. I’d recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!

Lovely Stay
Majestic Inn & Spa is a lovely hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean. We loved the rooftop area for sunset. When it was a little too cold to stay up there, we used the area on the building next door. The view was lovely. We received ground coffee and creamer on checkin to use in the french press coffee maker in our room. Free, easy parking. We walked to nearby restaurants and stores for anything that we needed. Would love to come back sometime!
