Excellent place for long weekend or just an overnighter. Clean and comfortable beds. Great on site restaurant. Quick to go breakfast in morning. Better than some Marriotts or Hilton Properties.

Nice place. Older condition … great staff what little we needed of them. Breakfast was bagged and only ready at 8 am…. We had to leave early and office was closed. Think maybe the office should open earlier than that.

The room was comfortable with 2 double beds. Bath was updated but bath heater didn't work. It was clean and beds were comfy. Many places around to eat at, will try the hotel restaurant next time.

Little gem
We had a great overnight at Shasta Inn. I called after booking to make sure we had a 1st floor room and to see what time the office closed in case we arrived late. The employee was very nice and followed up with me once my reservation showed up in my system. He even called to see if we would make it on time or if he could set us up with a package with our keys at the door. I felt very well taken care of, like he went the extra mile. Our stay was nice and cozy. Plenty of room in our room for three adults and a child and all our stuff. We appreciated the coffee and snack bags in the morning. I would be happy to stay here next time we're in town and hopefully for a longer stay.

The front desk employees are wonderful. After a long five hour drive we were allowed early check in to our room. Very thankful for that convenience. This the second stay at this property and won’t be our last.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times. Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms and great price. This trip a bomb cyclone hit the NW and we ended up snowed in and had to stay and extra night. No restaurants in town were open. Downside of hotel was no food available and room doesn’t have comfortable sitting area when one has to stay inside all day. Hard to watch tv all day in bed. Staff was very helpful about keeping current info on road conditions etc. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here one night on way down to LA. The hotel property looks dated upon arrival and it is a basic stay but totally ok for a night. The bed we had was very uncomfortable. Everything else is ok. Breakfast is a grab bag from reception which has a piece of fruit and a pastry. Coffee available in reception. Bonus if you are driving a Tesla is the Tesla Destination charger which is free to use.

OK spot to overnight on the way from Seattle to LA. Not amazing but a nice place to stay. Exactly what I expected for the price. Restaurant / bar was closed and was hoping we could just stay at the motel but went back to town (short driver) and Pipeline brewhouse was great!

Wondering place to land
It was well run with a staff that you could tell enjoyed working together. There was no room service but there is an excellent fine dining bar and restaurant and there is a small discount for hotel guests. I checked in and immediately booked an extra day.
