The staff were very nice and welcoming. Our room was alright, but for $200 for the night, I would’ve expected better. We were told it was non-smoking, but had a horrible stale cigarette smoke smell. The room was updated, but you could tell it was done very poorly with several unfinished areas throughout the room.

We got to the hotel around 10:30pm, expecting to get to our room and rest. The first room we were assigned smelled bad and had bugs crawling and flying in it so they moved us to another room. When we got to the second room, we found it odd that the door was propped open. We walked in and found that it hadn’t been cleaned from the prior guests (dirty sheets piled on bed and trash cans full). So we left and demanded a refund from Expedia.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of our room was a little bad, we found trash and chip wrappers and there was urine on the toilet seat when we first arrived there, everything else was great and I would stay again.

Just ok

Not a terrible place. When I walked in the lobby smelled horribly of wet dog. It almost made me gag. I requested a room on the highest floor away from the elevator, and I was given the room across the hall from front desk. I was literally in the very first room. Not a huge complaint but it was not my first choice. The doors in this hotel slam very easily so it was a bit noisy, especially in the morning. Many people in the reviews said the bed was comfy but I disagree. I thought it was very hard and I didn’t sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and I appreciate that very much. Room was clean overall. Some areas are just dated. Overall it was just an ok stay.

Disappointed

Upon first checking in we were confused because there was Christmas decorations all over the place…in May. Breakfast was decent. But the part that had my husband and I upset was that all the rooms were NON SMOKING, yet the smell of marijuana permeated through our bathroom, at night was the worst!!!! Had our kids not already been sleeping we would have packed up and left. We asked the day shift front desk worker for a discount and bc we booked through hotels.com they couldn’t help give more than $10 back, for a room that cost $195!!! We are unimpressed and told local friends not to recommend hotel to others.
