Seal Cove Inn is an excellent property. Nice facility near some outstanding natural features like Seal Cove Beach and the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve which has great walking options under the Cypress Tree Tunnel and the bluffs Along the Pacific.

Lovely stay in Half Moon Bay!
Everything about the Seal Cove Inn was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the breakfast delivered to our room was an unexpected treat! We stayed in a room on the first floor with a view of the beautiful garden. There is a full coffee bar on the first floor and the room came with luxurious robes. A short walk from the property through the woods took us to a wonderful restaurant and a beautiful view of the ocean where we were able to watch the seals. We cannot wait to return to Half Moon Bay and to treat ourselves to another stay at the Seal Cove Inn!

I have stayed here before. My previous visit was a better experience. First the room was pretty dirty this time. Lots of fingerprints, black stuff in the shower, spider webs, little Nats on the wall and even some blood on the shower and bathroom walls. We stayed in room number 4. The rooms definitely needs updating. We also didn't get to enjoy the wine and beer service. With all that said the Inn is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.The gardens are so peaceful and the walk to the beach is a short walk. I would definitely visit again but i wouldn't stay in room 4.
